These terms govern AiA2z.ai and the Morning Intel service, operated by A2zNews.com, LLC ("we"). Using the site or service means you accept them.
Morning Intel is an AI-assembled intelligence briefing: software gathers items from live public sources, ranks them against your profile, and compresses them into a daily summary with links to the original sources. Special reports are deeper, cited research documents prepared on request. The service is currently a free pilot preview; pricing will be published before any charge applies, and paid plans can be canceled any time.
Briefings and reports are machine-generated syntheses of third-party sources, with attribution. They may contain errors or omissions, and the underlying sources belong to their publishers. Verify anything important at the linked source before acting on it. The service is general information — not legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice.
Don't use the service to seek or distribute unlawful, sexually explicit, violent, or harassing material; to research weapons, exploits, or other harm; to probe or disrupt the systems; or to resell access except as your plan allows (white-label rights, where included, are described in your plan). We may decline topics or suspend accounts that abuse the service or the fair-use limits.
You keep ownership of what you give us (topics, feeds, report briefs). You grant us the license needed to operate the service — to fetch, process, and deliver your briefings.
When paid plans launch, billing terms and prices will be shown at checkout. You can cancel whenever you like; email delivery can also be stopped separately with one click without closing your account or archive.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing).
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Alabama.
